The IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 Ref. IW358404 embodies refined luxury with its 18-carat 5N gold 40.4 mm case, silver-plated dial, and elegant gold-plated hands and appliques. A dark brown alligator leather strap by Santoni complements the warm tones of the case, while the 12.4 mm profile and double box-glass sapphire crystals with antireflective coating on both sides enhance its sophisticated character. The watch offers 5 Bar water resistance and features a synthetic sapphire case back.

The watch is powered by the IWC-manufactured Calibre 82200, an automatic self-winding movement equipped with Pellaton automatic winding and a 60-hour power reserve. Operating at 28,800 Vph (4 Hz), the movement contains 192 components and 31 jewels and is finished with refined Côtes de Genève and Perlage decoration. Small hacking seconds allow precise time setting, while the 20 mm strap and 18 mm buckle widths provide a balanced fit. The watch is eligible for up to 8 years of warranty through My IWC Care.
