IW503604 combines IWC’s advanced perpetual calendar with a distinctive all-Ceratanium® design, marking the first IWC timepiece to feature a Ceratanium® bracelet. Its 46.2 mm Ceratanium® case measures 15.4 mm in height and is paired with a matching Ceratanium® bracelet and black dial. The watch features a screwed-in crown, 6 Bar water resistance, and a convex sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides, secured against displacement caused by a drop in air pressure. A power reserve display and small hacking seconds complement the sophisticated design, while the synthetic sapphire crystal case back offers a view of the movement.

Powering the watch is the IWC-manufactured Calibre 52616, an automatic self-winding movement operating at 28,800 Vph (4 Hz) with an impressive 168-hour, or seven-day, power reserve. Comprising 379 components and 54 jewels, the movement incorporates Pellaton automatic winding and a rotor with an 18-carat gold medallion. The perpetual calendar provides a highly sophisticated calendar display, while the seven-day power reserve enhances everyday practicality.
